Arguably the best UPS store - always clean & great staff. Jay seems like a great owner & I could sing Brittany praises for days (conveniently rhymes with raise $$). Kind people, clean store, phenomenal service Go easy of them this holiday season folks 🫡 they are indeed human beings working there - pretty good ones too. Ps. Check your return slips are for ups not the post office

The staff at this store go above and beyond to help me with my packages. I'm on oxygen and unable to walk the distance, so they come out to my car and get my packages. They are always kind, courteous, and offer to bring me a receipt. Thank you so much.

Had to make a unexpected trip to Villa Rica (12/2/25) and stopped in the UPS for some assistance. Walking into the store, two incredible associates were more than able and willing to make life easier! They welcomed me and my problem and within minutes I was out of the door, onto my next stop! Can't thank you enough for a painless and pleasant visit! Highly recommend this location to get all of your shipping needs handled!

I regularly use UPS stores for sending and recieving documents when I have an out of town client who might not have a printer or scanner. Today sent an EXTREMELY important and time sensitive doc from Mobile, AL to the Villa Rica, GA store 7800. My client signed and they scanned and emailed it to me....well, I did not get it. I called and Brittney saved the day. The Mobile UPS store made several spelling mistakes in my email, never reached me. Brittney found the error and now we are moving on. What a relief. Excellent service! Saved the day! Thanks so much!!!
